Hillsboro - Mrs. Tula Mae Gentry, age 82, of Danville, Ill., died at 2:45 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 8 , at the Vermilion County Nursing Home in Danville where she had been a patient since January 1969. She received her schooling in Covington and was graduated from Covington High School in 1905. She was married Dec. 26, 1909 to John Robert Gentry in Covington and he preceded her in death. She went to Danville, Ill., to live in 1956. Mrs. Gentry was a member of the Central Christian Church in Danville and its Circle Four and Fidelas Clas and the Parent-Teachers Association. She had been active 10 years in the Woodlawn Boys Club in Chicago. Surviving are one granddaughter, Judith Ann Goldman of Gaithersburg, Md., and one great-grandson, Alan Arthur Goldman. She was preceded in death by her husband, one son, John Robert Jr., and two daughters, Josephine and Margaret. Funeral services were held at 9:30 a.m. Monday at the Pape Memorial Home
